Frankie Zhou, has been in the bar industry for more than 14 years. After working with various famed bars and restaurants, Frankie decided to dedicate himself to his own gin brand. Frankie’s Gin - the first craft gin product created by a Chinese mixologist. It's a dry gin with a distinct but not over-powering juniper berry influence, which allows the complexity of the other 26 Chinese local ingredients, such as Sichuan pepper and galangal. Frankie will present four creative cocktails to guests.
