The F45 Playoffs return on Sunday from 12.30-4.30pm at F45 Training Jing’an. The ultimate 10 minute fitness test sounds simple, but is truly a test of strength, agility and speed. This time, there will be even bigger prizes, drink deals and more. Registration for the event will be broken into two categories: individual and team (two male, two female). If you choose to do the team registration you have to stick with your team. No switching to individual half-way through. Those who compete with a team will also be eligible to win prizes for top male/female. Price is 50rmb for members, 100rmb for non-members and includes a shirt.
