Sun Yifan and SSO
Editor's Description

Sun Yifan might be young but he's already preeminent conductor. He started music training as a pianist and made it into Shanghai Conservatory of Music as a first-place freshman of the Conducting Major in 2014. Since then, Sun Yifan has continued to study piano while conducting major symphony orchestras around China, winning international awards, and even assisting Tan Dun — one of China’s most famous and celebrated symphony writers. Together with violinist Liu Ming and the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, Sun brings three pieces from Mendelssohn, including the composer’s much-loved "A Midsummer Night’s Dream."
