Hologram Dreams (全系梦境) returns for another night of dark, synth-heavy dance music and raw anime visuals in the club. New electro and club trax melt together with rare Italo Disco, Post-Punk, Sleaze, -wave, Chicago House, funk, and EBM and get slammed through the speakers with [cyber]punk energy, smoke, and flashing lights. This month’s DJs are bass-player / record-digger Go See, master-of-melancholic-euphoria WC7, and Heatwolves. Come early for a free screening of the cult classic sci-fi film / John Carpenter masterpiece, "They Live" (1988) at 8pm, with free Homeslice pizza and B-movie trailers, important PSAs, and degraded VHS splendor.
