This November, the China Shanghai International Children’s Book Fair (CCBF) is back for its eighth edition, bringing together over 450 of publishers from more than 30 countries and regions as well as 100 famous writers and illustrators, both domestic and international. Across the weekend, visitors can browse and purchase books from a wide range of children’s literature (suitable for ages 0-16) while enjoying special lectures, book launches, autograph sessions, readers' meetings, children’s workshops, seminars, games, and more. This year’s event will also host an exhibition showcasing 300 pieces from the 2020 Golden Pinwheel International Young Illustrators Competition finalists. Early bird tickets are on sale until midnight September 21. Online pre-sale tickets are on sale until midnight November 14. Due to the COVID-19 control and prevention issued by local authorities, all visitors are required to purchase tickets using their real names and provide their ID (passport, local identity card) information. Visitors or exhibitors from high-risk areas will not be allowed to enter the venue. You will need to present your relevant identification certificate as you enter. All visitors must present their Health Code and have their temperature taken in order to redeem their entrance ticket.
