The new Southeast Asian inspired menu at Portman’s Restaurant pays tribute to the cultural origins of the restaurant’s kitchen staff. The dishes focus on Singaporean, Malaysian, Thai, Indonesian and Chinese recipes that are heavily influenced by the staff’s childhood memories. Using locally sourced, natural ingredients, the chefs serve up authentic tastes from Southeast Asian culinary tradition with wholehearted dedication. Enjoy classic and popular dishes like Ikan Assam Pedas, Singapore Chili Crab, Hainanese Chicken Rice or Short Ribs Beef Rendang, and accompanied by special beverages. Menu is offered from 5.30pm to 10.30pm daily.
