To celebrate its' first anniversary, Oxalis will donate money to "BabyHome", a charity organization dedicated to aiding and improving the lives of orphaned and disabled children in China, each time you sink your teeth into one of its souffles. That's right, you get to eat dessert while 50% of the cost goes to a good cause — well, till November 7 at least.
