Songs of Sorrow and Gratification by Mozart and Fauré
Editor's Description

Birth and Death are common inspirations for artists and composers. This concert features Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23 in A major, K. 488, and Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem in D minor, Op. 48. Both are melodious, full of romanticism, approaching the two subjects softly, with references to a promised Heaven in imagination.
