The Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, with conductor Pang Kapang and Su Chang on the Guzheng, will perform a night of Zhu Jian’er’s “Festival Overture”, Qigang Chen’s “L’eloingement for String Orchestra”, Tan Dun’s “Concerto for String Orchestra and Guzheng”, Li Congjun’s “Symphonic Poem Ode to the Yangtze River”, and Huang Ruo’s “Folk Songs for Orchestra”. Ticket prices will vary in regard to the seating arrangement.
