Well, experience Lanna (Chiang Mai) dining with "Khantoke", a round rattan tray used to serve various kinds of authentic Northern Thai dishes for the King of Lanna during ancient times. "Khantoke" usually consists of fried pork rind, North Thai green chili dip, Chiang Mai sausage, pork sausage. boiled eggs, Thai sticky rice and a fresh vegetable selection. Traditionally, this dish is eaten by taking a handful of sticky rice, add meat, top with the green chili dip and accompany with fresh vegetables. Perfect finger-food!
