On the last Tuesday of each month, come and learn about craft beer trends, techniques and topics in the new beer lesson and tasting course, Hop Topics. To kickstart the year, Mikkeller will cover 2021 Craft Beer Trend Predictions, looking at how the flourishing craft beer scene will continue to evolve. People will sample their way through six distinct beers (5-ounce pours), including a fruited IPA, a milkshake IPA, crushable lagers, hard seltzers, non-ABV beers and approachable sours, all while discussing where the beer scene has been and where we think it will go.
