Respecting the change and balance of the four seasons and the Chinese five elements- metal, wood, water, fire, earth, Wine’s Link and the Bird team will welcome all guests for an exclusive vegetarian wine dinner on Wednesday, January 27. In traditional Chinese culture, it is encouraged to eat warm-natured cuisines with rich nutrition to adjust your body for the coming new year. Inspired by this old philosophy, chef Jonathan carefully chose the vegetables from all four seasons, composed each course with the five elements in conflict and balance. Dinner is five courses, with five wines including sparkling, reds and whites from different regions.
