VUE Restaurant is providing a 5-course dinner menu for couples on Valentine’s Day. The feast starts with a platter of Fine de Claire, lobster ravioli, and pickled beetroot. Then, soup, Chicken consommé, and warm appetizer, Pan-fried Rougie foie gras, will be served accordingly. The dinner of Sous vide beef tenderloin will be followed by a dessert of Valrhona chocolate raspberry cakes, sponge, vanilla ice cream, and strawberry ice cream.
