WildChina and Seeds of Change have partnered to create a workshop is for individuals and families interested in plant cultivation, cooking, and sustainable ways to maintain one's garden/recycle biodegradables. The workshop is located on Chongming Island (location subject to change depending on concurrent health and safety considerations). WildChina expert, Haena Kim, will take participants through key concepts around the ‘Organic Revolution’ in China, the basics of composting, and a Farm to Table cooking workshop. After the workshops, the session closes by sharing and connecting over individual consumption habits and stories about sustainability, and sustainable recipes.
