On February 20, the Radisson Hotel is hosting a Book Talk with Samuel Porteous, the creator of Constable Khang's Mysteries of Old Shanghai. The adventures of Constable Khang are graphic novels that capture the look and feel of Shanghai in the 1920s and 1930s. During the Book Talk, author/artist Samuel Porteous will share the historical images that inspired the artwork, and talk about how the storyline was drawn from thousands of archival photographs, artpieces and historical records.
