Lifeline's "R U OK?" Workshop

Lifeline, in partnership with Community Center Shanghai, is hosting their first monthly "R U OK?" community workshop, starting at 2pm on Saturday 27 Feb. In this workshop - learn and practice the 4 steps of having a meaningful conversation and support someone you are concerned about - it is suitable for community members, teachers, senior students, managers, human resource professionals and anyone in a caregiver role. The campaign hopes to help people struggling with life feel connected and protected from crises.
