International Women's Day Yoga Events at The Middle House on March 6 and 7 presented by J&M x Sweaty Betty. On March 6, Sophia will be leading a shaping Vinyasa yoga class from 9-10am, while Karen Qi will lead a Hansa flow yoga class on March 7 from 9-10am. After the 1-hour long yoga classes, participants will be able to use The Middle House's pool, sauna and shower room, provided by MI XUN SPA, for free. After a shower, participants will be able to enjoy a brunch meal at 11.30 in Café Grey at The Middle House. The brunch must be booked in advance. Additionally, The Middle House is offering every participant an additional free day pass, plus a 50% voucher, on selected treatments in MI XUN SPA.
