Energy Flow Yoga With Anne. On March 14, Yoga classes will be held at Neobridge Hotel. Check-in is from 10.10-10.25am. The class will be from 10.30-11.45am. Anne, the instructor, will teach the class in English and Chinese. Mats will be provided by Manduka, so participants only have to bring a water bottle, a half-empty stomach, arrive 15 minutes early, and wear comfortable clothes.
