March 24 is Equal Pay Day. That marks how far into the next year the average woman in America needs to work in order to be paid the same wage as what men earned the previous year. Technically, it's even further out in China. Join this panel with several excellent women in diversity, HR & skills training to talk about the gender wage gap, the systemic changes needed to eliminate it, and how individuals can buffer the impact it has on all of us.
