To show the support for Earth Day’s, this year Chef Hamish has worked together with DELICIOU (new-to-China plant-based meat & vegan seasoning company) to create a delectable 6-course menu. Expect dishes such as Bacon & Cheese Popcorn, Southern Fried Chicken, a Vegan Beef Stew and more. The brunch starts at 11.30am on both days, and will costs 358rmb per person (+10% service charge).
