More rooftop yoga, this time lead by Sophia. As usual the class will be taken in in English and Chinese and mats will be provided by Manduka. In case of rain, the activity will be moved indoors. Please remember to wear yoga getup or comfortable clothes, to arrive 15 minutes early so they can start on time, and to bring a full water bottle as you might feel thirsty during the session. It's also best to keep your stomach less than half full before class. There are no refunds for cancelations less than 48 hours in advance.
