All moms will get a complimentary rosé cocktail with their Sunday brunch this Mother's Day at Pollux. Paul Pairet's casual bistro-style French dishes will be on the menu from 11am-3pm. They've got a very nice little bit of courtyard in Xintiandi, so the place fills up fast. Our guess is it will be best to book ahead if you want to secure a table. If you've got your heart set on Pairet's cooking but can't get a seat here, you could always head over to Mr. & Mrs. Bund for their Mother's Day deal.
