Culinary school CieCAS are running cooking courses for anyone interested in improving their skills in the kitchen. The whole program consists of 13 classes. Each class will focus on a specific cooking method but will also add in more skills such as making the base of specific soups or sauces, creation or use of marinates, thickening agents or stocks. Anyone above the age of 12, teenagers, and adults in a good physical condition are welcome to participate.
