Culinary institute and cooking school CieCAS is offering a series of week-long cooking camps for teenagers, and parents with kids. Throughout the five-day camp your child will be able to pick up cooking techniques and recipes for dishes from a wide range of global cuisines, with each day focussing on a different cuisine. The list of cuisines they will cover over the course of the summer is pretty enormous with France, Italy, Mexico, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Germany, Austria, Spain, and Switzerland to name a few.
