Follow Your Bliss Yoga by Boipelo is providing Afro Yoga classes every Tuesday and Sunday from 10-11am. Afro Yoga is a safe space for all people of color, honoring and welcoming everyone with different shades, shapes and sizes. It's inclusive and encourages the expression of joy while moving from different asanas to African melodies. Afro Yoga is held on Tuesdays and Saturdays, Hatha Yoga is held on Mondays and Saturdays, and Meditation is held on Sundays. Please book and cancel at least 6 hours before class.
