Get in shape for charity for pride month! Do something that is both good for your body and good for the world. Nihao Bonbon will be partnering with FlowCycle to host a free spinning class to support True Self, a China-based charity organization that strives for equal treatment of the LGBTQ community in both political and corporate spaces. Class is from 3.15-5.30pm, hair-flip theme. Music: Diva pop program. Check in 15 minutes before class begins, there will be ice cream and spritzes in the sun room afterward.
