Portman's Restaurant is bringing back their crawfish buffet this summer with an exclusive deal. Until August 1, The Portman will be serving a wide selection of over six flavors including thirteen spices, spicy, garlic and spice salt; wok sautéed crawfish will include Korean ko ju jang sauce with kimchi, and Singapore sambal with dry tofu and sweet corn. Each table will also receive a signature black pepper sauce crawfish created by executive sous chef Xian to share. Other food stations will include Chinese cold dishes, Western salad, smoked fish, seafood on ice, sushi, soup, Chinese hot dishes, dim sum, desserts and fruits. Available every Friday to Sunday, 5.30pm-9pm.
