Together Hobby Workshop is hosting a class series on how to home-brew IPA. IPA uses English hops and focuses on the aroma of soil, wood, and spices. Session 1 involves introductions to brewing, fermentation, tasting, and design. Session 2 involves bottling; sessions must be booked together. Students can bring home 5 types of home-brewed beer, yielding 2-2.5 liters total. Class will be taught by Kenny and is limited to 8 people per class. Class can be delivered in English or Mandarin. Inform Together Hobby Workshop if you have alcohol allergies.
