Wanna Travel is hosting a restorative yoga and mediation retreat during Dragon Boat on Changxing Island. Located between Chongming Island and Pudong, you can spend three days reconnecting with nature, improving sleep and relaxation, and healing your body and mind. Pet-friendly, but they are not allowed during classes. Suitable for both men and women, no previous yoga experience necessary. Two yoga blocks, a bolster, and a blanket will be provided. 2700rmb fee covers 2 nights of accommodation, vegetarian meals, English-language yoga classes, and equipment.
