Craft beer is a revival of ale beer, the brewing and taste of which is extremely complex and changeable. Ale uses a top fermentation method, which forms a rich, strong taste. Together Hobby Club is hosting a niche craft beer tasting, where you can try 8-9 beers, understand the style of each, and compare. Your instructor will be Vincent Pang, who has extensive experience in the beer industry. Prices are 299rmb per person. Class begins at 7.30pm; please arrive by 7.20pm. Doors close at 7.45pm with no refunds if late.
