Kids Jiu Jitsu classes are held at Workshop Jiu Jitsu every Saturday from 11AM-12PM. Through the practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, students learn important life skills in discipline, respect, and social skills. Workshop Jiu Jitsu Shanghai Academy is located in the central district of Xuhui. The gym or "dojo" is happy to provide an inclusive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training program in a safe and supportive environment.
