About

Meditation is a practice and training with the brain. Together Hobby Club is hosting a meditation workshop, where a teacher will guide you on how to eliminate distractions and relax in daily life. You will also learn how to apply meditation to life and work and how to improve sleep quality. Class is limited to 6-12 people and will be taught in Chinese. Bring your own iPad and Apple Pen (must be fully charged). Please arrive 10 minutes prior. 199rmb. Doors close 15 minutes after class starts, no refunds if late.
