About

This summer, Yoseikan Cross Training will host a camp for multidisciplinary martial arts for children from 6 to 13. It includes calisthenics, balance exercises with balloons, hand / leg strikes, team games, rolling techniques, grappling throws, and foam weapons training. A certificate of completion and various prizes will be given after one full week of training. By joining the second or more weeks, kids will receive their own official Budo Passport for keeping track of their martial arts progress.
