A little bit of a different one this week at Crush’s weekly Chef’s Table event. They’re focusing on the dry ager, and serving up a three-course meal using the dry aged bacon with dragon beans and a comparison of dry aged vs fresh M9 tenderloin. In order to keep the price the same you are free to bring your own bottle for the beef course or you can purchase 2015 Azelia barolo at 150rmb a glass. As usual the fried chicken will also be available. Call ahead to book your spot.
