About

Wine expert Ian Dai leads a tour of three Shanghai bistros with the focus on all natural wines. Ian Dai, a young Chinese brewer, used to work as a sommelier at the Peace Hotel before becoming a wine lecturer and judge. He has also translated numerous professional wine books. Several years ago, he embarked on a journey to make wine and founded a domestic natural wine brand called Xiao Pu Brewing. Ticket including sommelier wine tour,  three bistro dishes, and a selection of natural wine tasting. Meeting location: Blaz, 20 Donghu Rd. Starts 7pm.
