About

Wagner is the most representative composer during the high tide of European Romantic music. In the special concert commemorating the 210th anniversary of his birth and the 140th anniversary of his death, the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra will present 3 classic works of the German music master under the leadership of music director Yu Long. In addition, the "Violin Concerto No. 5", which is the crown of Mozart's five violin concertos, will be performed by the orchestra's young principal and violinist Liu Ming as the soloist. It is also the ending concert of Shanghai Symphony Hall’s 2022-23 music season. Tickets are sold out at the moment.
