Japanese artist Ayako Rokkaku hosted her inaugural large-scale solo exhibition in China. The exhibition features over 130 artworks created by the artist since 2006. Rokkaku's early works feature graffiti-like creations on corrugated cardboard, while the exhibition also includes an array of expansive paintings, a series of uniquely shaped canvases exploring the theme of “cosmic war,” and a collection of works crafted on traditional wood bottles. The artist also ventured into new territory by incorporating bronze sculptures into her repertoire.
