Shanghai's most classic French National Day celebration returns to Mr & Mrs Bund. The Bingo Boum is back with amazing prizes up for grabs -- Niu scooters, Hermes gear, Dior sunglasses, caviar packages, gins, wines, dining vouchers to the city's top venues, and more.
