From September 20 to 24, Tam Chudaree Debhakam, owner and head chef of the one-Michelin-starred ‘Baan Tepa’ in Bangkok and one of ‘Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023’, will be the guest chef at The 1515 West Chophouse & Bar in Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai, to present guests with modern Thai gastronomy.
