"The XIA crew was founded in October 2018 by Aktüman (Canada), Ancient Alias (South Africa), Nanotech (France), drummer Johannes (Germany), VJ Makadamia (France), and Kodama (Belgium). They are focused on tribal sounds and groovy beats, tracks with strong atmospheric story-telling qualities, ranging from psybient and chillgressive to more dub and ethno house. Happy dancers, incense, and trippy videos, make for a chill experience. Their event has been hosted by venues such as Dada, 3ntry, +86 Lounge, Mao Electronic, X-Bar and 151 Club, and had a range of wonderful guest artists in the last years. They also took care of the music program for the Chill Stage of Shalanaya Festival. "
