This is a universal entrance ticket for Fotografiska which allows you to enjoy all exhibitions for the day. Tickets are for a single admission only. Fotografiska changes exhibitions periodically, you can check the SmartShanghai listing to learn more about the current exhibitions.

Admissions:

• Monday – Sunday, 10:30am - 11pm
• The last entry into the museum is 60 minutes before closing.

Child Ticket Policy:

• Age 0-7 (or lower than 1.2 meters): free
• Children must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Each adult may bring one child free of charge; additional children will require their own tickets.

Refund Policy:

• Unused tickets can be canceled and refunded at any time. (send a request to smartticket@smartshanghai.com)
• A partial refund is not supported.

Preferential Ticket Policy:

• Under 25 years old (including 25) and over 65 years old (including 65); valid ID is required for verification.

About Fotografiska

Fotografiska Shanghai, part of the global Fotografiska network, is a contemporary museum dedicated to photography, art, and culture. It emphasizes showcasing provocative and innovative visual art from a mix of local and international artists, aiming to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive artistic community. The museum features a diverse program that includes exhibitions, events, concerts, workshops, and talks, with a particular focus on promoting Chinese and Asian artists. Fotografiska Shanghai spans four floors and includes various lifestyle venues such as a gelateria, a terrace café and bar, and a rooftop lounge restaurant. Exhibition Update

Fotografiska Shanghai will present three new exhibitions opening on March 13, 2026:

Vivian Maier ’Unseen Work’, No.223 ’Under the Sunlight, There is no True Intimacy’, Huang Peishan ‘Crack in the Curtain’. We cordially invite you to embark on this brand-new artistic journey with us.

To prepare for the upcoming exhibitions, part of the exhibition halls will be temporarily closed from March 9 to March 12(until 2:00 PM), 2026.

During this period, only Michael Najjar ‘Morphing Equilibrium’ on the 1st floor will remain open.
Visitors during this period will enjoy complimentary admission.

Exhibition Temporary Closure Notice

In preparation for a special event, selected areas of Fotografiska will be temporarily closed:
The 4F Lounge and Exhibition Hall B on F2 — Vivian Maier’Unseen Works’ — will be closed from 13:30 to 16:00 on Saturday, March 21, 2026, and will reopen after 16:00.
