This exhibition is the largest Daido Moriyama exhibition ever held in China and the first opportunity to comprehensively introduce Moriyama's diverse body of work to Chinese audiences. Renowned worldwide as a photographer, Moriyama's artistic identity is not confined to this single label. He consistently adapts his photographic works to various media in the most fitting ways, extracting the essence of images to create powerful and impactful art. Even at the age of 86, Moriyama shows no signs of stopping and continues to dedicate himself to his photography every day.
