About

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a facilitated communication, thinking and problem-solving method. LSP was first developed for the LEGO group by the R&D team when the business of play was challenged by the rise of video games in the late 90s. LSP is based on the belief that our hands know more than our brain in one given moment. The method involves participants building models with LEGO bricks to represent ideas, experiences, and strategies. Third way innovation is a hands-on 13 module-workshop that focuses on building an ecosystem around your winning product. We will learn from LEGO's near-death experience to the success that the brand has today with their cult following. Numbers of participants are limited to ensure the richness of model building and discussion. No lego building experience needed.
