Maker Faire Shanghai 2023 was an outstanding success, drawing in over 21,000 visitors with mainly families in attendance over the 2‑day event. Top international & bilingual schools, universities, corporate brands and innovative companies showcasing the very best brand activations, installations, hands-on workshops & performances that created a memorable experience for families.

What is Maker Faire?
Maker Faire is the world’s largest family festival of invention & creativity, celebrating science, technology, engineering, arts, crafts & the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) mindset. It is a gathering of tech enthusiasts, educators, schools, universities, hobbyists, engineers, science clubs, inventors, artists, students and exhibitors. At the festival guest can enjoy and take part in a wide range of exhibits, workshops, and activities that inspire and encourage everyone to become a maker themselves.

What to Expect?
