From now until 12 August 2025, Calypso Restaurant & Lounge collaborates with American independent designer brand Maison Amory to present the "1960s Rose Holiday" afternoon tea, featuring a selection of retro-inspired pastries and savory items. Drawing on Maison Amory’s signature rose motif and the relaxed elegance of 1960s Palm Beach, the offering includes desserts such as Strawberry Vanilla Rose Mousse Tart, Raspberry Rose Gateau St Honore, and Pistachio Opera Cake, alongside savory bites like Smoked Salmon and Dill Cream Roll with Roe and Beef and Asparagus Roll. Served on metallic trays with haze-printed placemats and embroidered napkins, the set reflects a vintage aesthetic with a contemporary twist. Guests who purchase the set will receive a Maison Amory postcard, and the first five guests each day will be gifted a customized linen beach towel and macaron set.
