This exhibition showcases the work of acclaimed Shanghai-born photographer Lu Yuanmin, examining how everyday human experiences shape the meaning of place. Featuring three major series—Shanghai People from the 1990s, Twins from the early 2000s, and new color works shot with the FUJIFILM GFX100RF—the show offers a poetic yet grounded portrait of Shanghai life over decades. Lu’s lens captures intimate moments and familiar spaces with quiet intensity, blurring the line between personal memory and collective history. His photographs are both a record and a reflection, inviting viewers to find traces of themselves within the evolving city.
