ALTER. takes over the rooftop of Alila Shanghai for an open-air session called Lights & Shadows. The venue—designed by Ju Bin of Level Line Design—is tucked away on Weihai Lu, overlooking the renovated Zhangyuan complex, with views of shikumen architecture and the city skyline. From 5pm to midnight, KNOPHA, BEN HUANG, SPADA, and ZHUO will play a range of techno and house through an L-Acoustics system, paired with a lighting setup that plays with movement, contrast, and space. Expect a compact crowd, strong visuals, and a setting that blends sharp design with a low-key vibe.
