The 1515 West Chophouse & Bar at Jing An Shangri-La has rolled out a new à la carte menu that bridges South American passion with Asian touches. Expect a lineup of premium Uruguayan Wagyu—dry-aged, richly marbled, and available in cuts from striploin to tomahawk—alongside indulgent creations like surf & turf with blue lobster, slow-cooked lamb shoulder with spices, and Peruvian-style ceviche. Seafood highlights include sea urchin paired with lobster, while pâté en croûte and other seasonal specials round out the spread. Wine pairings are handpicked by the restaurant’s Beverage Director and Advanced Sommelier, King Wang.
