The global fitness race phenomenon returns to Shanghai, bigger and stronger than before. On November 22 and 23, HYROX takes over the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center for two full days of running, sled pushes, burpees, and pure endurance. Thousands of athletes will take on the challenge — eight 1km runs paired with eight functional workout stations — in one of the world’s most inclusive and competitive fitness events. Whether you're racing solo, in doubles, or as part of a relay, this is where Shanghai’s fitness community comes to test their limits.
