FATHOM has launched a new weekend brunch served every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm, with terrace seating overlooking the Bund. The menu focuses on seafood, starting with two sharing platters: Seafood Platter No.1 (888rmb), which includes Scottish langoustines, New Zealand Moana oysters, Kamchatka king crab and Sakhalin scallops, and Seafood Platter No.2 (1,088rmb), which adds 10-year-aged sturgeon caviar to the selection. Other brunch dishes draw inspiration from different cuisines, including Peruvian ceviche with Norwegian salmon, Argentine-style langoustine escabeche, gazpacho with Sakhalin scallops, Crab Benedict wrapped in a Russian blin, black cod fish and chips in Japanese nori tempura, a French omelette with eel, and Crêpe Suzette finished with Hennessy. A three-hour free-flow beverage package is also available for 598rmb, including Champagne and a selection of wines.
